If you prefer in-person experiences, I host emotional wellness workshops and mindful life design retreats in San Lorenzo de El Escorial (Madrid) and surrounding areas. These are immersive meetings designed for nervous system regulation, rest, and renewal.

My path to this work wasn’t linear. Finding balance, ease, and mental well-being is a continual, humbling journey—and it’s what fuels my approach today.
